The major job of the “intermediary” broker is the discovery of the potential customer(s) and the market survey that will serve the broker well in developing the project and preparation of the possible contract. The contract between the supplier and the purchaser/customer takes place with the active contribution of the broker.

The company’s brokers around the world are well prepared and knowledgeable of the local conditions.  The company provides continuing education and information exchange through the company’s informatics and administrative system that makes the process extremely effective and without delay.  Similarly, the broker(s) can provide the developed data set and information to the company’s marketing and technological directorates without delay and can provide answers to any question to the customer in a timely fashion.  The information and data received from the broker(s) is analyzed and company experts develop the most accurate and strategic response to/for the customer.

Accurate information exchange between the customer and the company is vital to develop a trusting relationship early on.  The nature of the work requires that the brokers be authorized to perform their work and represent the company in front of third parties with appropriate authorization documents from the company.   Our customers are encouraged to review the authorization of our brokers and in the event of any doubt they should contact the company’s European Marketing Directorate.
